Tema s\u00f5nul ei ole tegelikult populaarset dieeti, mis tervislikult ja pikemas perspektiivis t\u00f6\u00f6taks, mist\u00f5ttu peab inimene ise kriitiliselt hindama toiduainete v\u00e4\u00e4rtust ja seda, mida ta s\u00f6\u00f6b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuigi J\u00fcri Leinvald on enim tuntud kulturistina, siis spordiga on tegelenud ta terve elu. Noorena tegeles Leinvald aktiivselt maadlusega ja saavutas maadluses ka Juunioride Eesti meistri tiitli. Teekond maadlusest j\u00f5usaalini oli sujuv ning n\u00fc\u00fcdseks on Leinvaldil ette n\u00e4idata mitmeid Eesti kui ka rahvusvahelisi auhindu kulturismis. R\u00e4\u00e4kisime Leinvaldiga rangest toitumisest ja tema men\u00fc\u00fcst, samas ka sellest, kuidas \u00fcldse tervislikult toituda ning millised on fitnessis toitumisega seotud m\u00fc\u00fcdid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis on sind aastaid kulturismis hoidnud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kulturism meeldib mulle v\u00e4ga. Kui see ala ei meeldiks, siis on sellega p\u00e4ris raske tegeleda. See ei ole ainult sport, vaid see on eluviis, mis mulle sobib, sest ma saan pidevalt oma piire tunnetada. Minu jaoks ei ole see enesepiinamine, kuigi see spordiala v\u00f5ib k\u00f5rvalt nii tunduda. Mulle kulturism meeldib ja kui mul on kindel eesm\u00e4rk, kindel kuup\u00e4ev, ja ma tean, et pean mingiks kuup\u00e4evaks vormi saama, siis mul on palju kergem elada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas muutus sinu eluviis kulturismiga tegelema hakates?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kui ma kulturismiga ei tegelenud, siis ma s\u00f5in, kuna tahtsin. Ma olin h\u00e4sti k\u00f5hna kehat\u00fc\u00fcbi ja olematu rasvaprotsendiga, mist\u00f5ttu siis piisas sellest, kui ma s\u00f5in kaks v\u00f5i kolm korda p\u00e4evas. Tavalise inimese jaoks on minu praegune kehakaal ja proportsioonid ebanormaalsed, sest mul on h\u00fcpertroofiline lihas, mis on kulturismis eelis. Kui v\u00f5rrelda minu toitumist ja tavainimese toitumist, siis see erineb v\u00e4ga palju. K\u00f5ige raskem on see, et ma pean s\u00f6\u00f6ma palju ja kindlatel kellaaegadel. Enam ei ole ammu k\u00fcsimust, kas ma tahan s\u00fc\u00fca, vaid ma tean, et mul aeg tiksub ja ma pean s\u00f6\u00f6ma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mida t\u00e4hendab sinu jaoks tervislik toitumine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu jaoks on see mitmek\u00fclgne toitumine. Keha peab saama maksimaalselt k\u00f5ik mineraalid, vitamiinid ja mikroained tavatoidust, mitte kuskilt mujalt. M\u00f5ni inimene s\u00f6\u00f6b selleks, et elada, m\u00f5ni elab selleks, et s\u00fc\u00fca. Ma olen kindlasti see, kes lihtsalt s\u00f6\u00f6b mingi eesm\u00e4rgi nimel. Minu jaoks ei ole maitse primaarne, vaid ma s\u00f6\u00f6n pigem eesm\u00e4rgiga saada toidust k\u00f5ik vajalikud ained k\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milline on sinu toitumine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kulturismis tundub see naljakas, aga ma ei saa korraga palju s\u00fc\u00fca. Seega ma s\u00f6\u00f6n iga \u00fche v\u00f5i kahe tunni tagant v\u00e4ikseid portsjone, n\u00e4iteks lihat\u00fckk riisi, makaronide v\u00f5i kartuliga. Ma j\u00e4lgin, et maksimaalselt valku saada, ja et ma ei s\u00f6\u00f6ks v\u00e4ga palju transrasvasid ning muid kahjulikke asju. Kogused ja proportsioonid s\u00f5ltuvad hooajast, aga valku ja rasva tarvitan aastaringi p\u00e4ris palju. Mulle n\u00e4iteks meeldib liha, mida kasutan maksimaalselt palju erinevate variantidena, sest see on korralik valguallikas. Ma ei jaksaks v\u00e4ga kaua ainult kanafileed s\u00fc\u00fca \u2013 paar kuud ja siis oleks kopp ees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milliseid lihatooteid sa tarbid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f5ltub hooajast, aga maitse poolest meeldib mulle k\u00f5ige rohkem sealiha. Veiseliha on minu jaoks k\u00f5ige raskem s\u00fc\u00fca. Sealiha on mahlane ja hea maitsega, aga kanafilee ja teised tooted on minu jaoks maitsetud ja kuivad. Lihast tehtud kodused toidud on mu lemmikud. Alati peale v\u00f5istlust tahan korralikku \u0161nitslit kartulip\u00fcreega.<\/p>\n<p>Ma ei ole v\u00e4ga suur toidugurmaan, kes tahab kogu aeg midagi erilist s\u00fc\u00fca, pigem meeldib mulle lihat\u00fckk koos tavalise garneeringuga. See on minu jaoks ideaalne toit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas te perega koos olles s\u00f6\u00f6te?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4lle s\u00f5ltub hooajast. Kui ma valmistun v\u00f5istlusteks ja mida l\u00e4hemal mul v\u00f5istlus on, seda rohkem s\u00f6\u00f6n oma toitu. Aga kui ma tulen koju ja vaatan, et naine on teinud bor\u0161i v\u00f5i midagi, mida saan ja tahan s\u00fc\u00fca, siis ma hea meelega s\u00f6\u00f6n. Ma ei ole pirtsakas, et ma igat grammi j\u00e4lgiksin. Pigem vaatan, et saaksin piisavalt valku ja muid aineid toidust k\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui palju levib fitnessis toitumisega seotud m\u00fc\u00fcte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fc\u00fcte on v\u00e4ga palju ja v\u00e4ga palju m\u00fc\u00fcte tuleb juurde. K\u00f5ik \u00fcritavad ennast ja neid m\u00fc\u00fcte kuidagi m\u00fc\u00fca. Kui inimene tahab ennast m\u00fc\u00fca, siis ta peab tegema midagi enneolematut, et inimesed usuksid selle toimimisse. Uuesti ratast leiutada on v\u00e4ga keeruline. Samamoodi tehakse vormi praegu nii nagu 20 ja 30 aastat tagasi, toit on ka suhteliselt sama ja seal midagi v\u00e4ga uut ei ole. Eks muidugi neid kalorivabasid souste, pudinguid ja magustoite on k\u00f5ik poed t\u00e4is, aga see on lihtsalt suur \u00e4ri, eriti fitness valdkonnas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milliste m\u00fc\u00fctidega oled sa ise kokku puutunud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks k\u00f5ige levinum m\u00fc\u00fct on see, et ei tohi rasvu s\u00fc\u00fca. See on k\u00f5ige lollim m\u00fc\u00fct, mida saab \u00fcldse v\u00e4lja m\u00f5elda. Ilmselt see tuli Ameerikast, kus m\u00fc\u00fcdi ainult madala rasvasisaldusega toiduaineid ja arvati, et need on tervislikud. Tegelikult l\u00e4ksid k\u00f5ik neid tooteid s\u00fc\u00fces paksuks, sest nendele asjadele pandi h\u00e4sti palju suhkrut juurde. Keegi ei arvanud, et suhkur on palju kahjulikum. Ilma suhkruta saab v\u00e4ga lihtsasti elada ja see ei ole tervisele h\u00e4davajalik, aga rasvad on v\u00e4ga t\u00e4htsad, \u00fcksk\u00f5ik kas sa tahad kaalus alla saada v\u00f5i juurde saada. \u00d5iged rasvad aitavad just rasvast lahti saada. Ma ise hea meelega s\u00f6\u00f6n peekonit ja punast kala, mille kohta m\u00fc\u00fcdid r\u00e4\u00e4givad, et seal on nii palju rasvasid ja neid ei tohi s\u00fc\u00fca. Kui suvel tekib vaba aega, siis ma hea meelega l\u00e4hen kohe linnast \u00e4ra, kuskile loodusesse v\u00f5i j\u00e4rve \u00e4\u00e4rde ja v\u00f5tan liha kaasa. Minu vaieldamatu lemmik on sealiha \u0161a\u0161l\u00f5kk. Juba sealiha \u0161a\u0161l\u00f5ki l\u00f5hn meenutab lapsep\u00f5lve. On ainult teatud asjad, mida ma ei s\u00f6\u00f6 \u2013 minu lemmikkulturistide s\u00f6\u00f6k tatar mulle juba lapsep\u00f5lvest ei meeldi, isegi l\u00f5hna ei kannata ja seda ma ei s\u00f6\u00f6 kunagi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui palju sa treenerina r\u00f5hutad toitumise olulisust?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toitumine on k\u00f5ige t\u00e4htsam ja alati tuleb see k\u00f5ige esimesena paika saada, vahet pole, kas on vaja kaalus juurde v\u00f5i alla v\u00f5tta. Minu soov on, et inimesed hakkaks ise m\u00f5tlema ja aru saama toiduainete v\u00e4\u00e4rtusest. Oluline on oma peaga m\u00f5tlemine, mitte m\u00f5ne paberi j\u00e4rgimine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mis sa arvad, kas toitumisega on palju probleeme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ga palju. Ma arvan, et on \u00fcksikud tavainimesed, kes toituvad normaalselt ja tervislikult, sellep\u00e4rast ongi praegu \u00fclikehvas seisus n\u00e4iteks lapsed. Toitumish\u00e4ired tulevad kodust, peredest, k\u00f5ik see toidukultuur on Eestis v\u00e4ga vale. Inimesi tuleks rohkem harida, sest praegu on internetis ja sotsiaalmeedias v\u00e4ga palju \u00e4\u00e4rmuslikke arvamusi. N\u00e4iteks ei ole ka \u00fchtegi sellist populaarset dieeti, mis tervislikult ja pikemas perspektiivis t\u00f6\u00f6taks.
