K\u00fcll aga levib t\u00e4nases \u00fchiskonnas mitmeid sealihaga seotud m\u00fc\u00fcte, mis v\u00f5ivad tekitada hirmu selle s\u00f6\u00f6mise ees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ajaga on l\u00e4inud inimeste elud kiiremaks, muutunud on kombed ja toitumisharjumised. Seejuures on j\u00e4\u00e4nud samaks eestlaste rahvustoit \u2013 senimaani v\u00f5ib j\u00f5ululauast leida seapraadi, hapukapsaid ja ahjukartulit.<\/p>\n<p>Sealiha on Eesti k\u00f6\u00f6gi alustala ja eestlaste lemmikliha \u2013 statistikaameti andmetel s\u00f6\u00f6vad Eesti inimesed k\u00f5ige rohkem just sealiha. Sealiha s\u00f6\u00f6mine k\u00e4ib Eesti rahvakultuuri juurde, sest eestlastel on juba aastasadu sealiha s\u00f6\u00f6mise traditsioon. Juba meie esivanemad pidasid ja kasvatasid sigu, mis teeb selle oluliseks osaks eestlaste kultuurist ja toidulauast. Seet\u00f5ttu v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et Eesti inimesed on kasvanud koos liha ja kartuliga ning lisaks seapraele on meie rahva seas olnud au sees soolaliha, s\u00fclt, kamar ja pekk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sealihaga seoses levib mitmeid m\u00fc\u00fcte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eesti vanas\u00f5na \u00fctleb ikka \u201cS\u00f6\u00f6, mis k\u00fcps, aga r\u00e4\u00e4gi, mis t\u00f5si\u201d. Kuigi Eesti inimesed tarbivad enim just sealiha, siis levib t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval sellega seoses v\u00e4ga palju m\u00fc\u00fcte. N\u00e4iteks on \u00fcheks m\u00fc\u00fcdiks see, et sealiha on toidukomponent, mis n\u00f5retab rasvast. Tegelikkuses see nii ei ole \u2013 sealihal on v\u00e4ga palju erinevaid t\u00fckke, mille toiduv\u00e4\u00e4rtus on samuti v\u00e4ga erinev. Valida saab v\u00e4lisfilee, sisefilee, kaelakarbonaadi, seajalgade, ribi ja peekoni, abat\u00fcki, praet\u00fcki ning kooti vahel. Lisaks erinevatele t\u00fckkidele on ka mitmeid valmistamisviise \u2013 sealiha toiduv\u00e4\u00e4rtus s\u00f5ltub suuresti ka sellest, kuidas seda valmistada. Kuigi vanasti oli levinumaks sealiha valmistamise viisiks praadimine, siis t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on populaarsust kogunud grillimine.<\/p>\n<p>Teine levinud valev\u00e4ide on see, et sealiha teeb paksuks. Kas ikka teeb? Tegelikkusesv\u00f5ib ka sealiha s\u00fc\u00fces kaalu langetada. Piisab vaid sellest, kui teada lihtsaid toitumise p\u00f5him\u00f5tteid ja valmistamise viise, et tervislikumalt toituda. See aitab ka paremini m\u00f5ista, et sealiha kui selline ei ole tingimata rasvane, vaid k\u00f5ik s\u00f5ltub kogustest, lihal\u00f5igetest, s\u00f6\u00f6mise tihedusest ja valmistamise viisidest. N\u00e4iteks on sealiha sisefilee rasvasisaldus k\u00f5igest 5% ja v\u00e4lisfilee rasvasisaldus 6%.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5tkem siinkohal eeskujuks kasv\u00f5i sportlased. Sealiha on v\u00f5itjate s\u00f6\u00f6k \u2013 annab j\u00f5udu, vajalikke proteiine ja vitamiine ning see on v\u00e4ga hea raua, kaaliumi, magneesiumi, tsingi ning fosfori allikas. Lisaks sisaldab liha asendamatuid aminohappeid. Sportlaste jaoks on tavaliselt sealiha oluline toidukomponent, sest sisaldab mitmeid v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikke aineid, mis annavad sportastele vajalikku energiat. N\u00e4iteks v\u00f5ib sealiha mitmete toitainete t\u00f5ttu parandada vastupidavust ja j\u00f5udu. Ka Gerd Kanter t\u00f5des hiljutises intervjuus, et tema jaoks on sealiha toidulaual olulisel kohal ja on seda alati olnud.<\/p>\n<p>Peale sportlaste on sealiha oluline ka tavatoitujale ja just meie kliimas, sest s\u00fcgistalvisel perioodil on liha s\u00f6\u00f6mata raske oma organismi energeetilisi vajadusi normaalselt rahuldada. Lisaj\u00f5u saamiseks aitab sealiha, mis on oma vajalike toitainete ja energia poolest k\u00f5rgv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslik toiduaine.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4htis on aga teadlik toitumine! Ilmselt ei salene keegi rasva ja pekki s\u00fc\u00fces. Nagu ikka, siis tuleks ka sealiha s\u00fc\u00fca m\u00f5\u00f5dukalt ja jagada seda n\u00e4iteks k\u00f6\u00f6giviljade v\u00f5i salatiga. Kombineerides erinevaid sealihat\u00fckke ja k\u00f6\u00f6givilju, saab valmistada v\u00e4ga palju roogasid erinevatele maitsetele. Omakorda saab roogasid p\u00f5nevamaks muutamitmete maitseainete, v\u00fcrtside ja isetehtud kastmetega. V\u00f5imalusi on l\u00f5putult, tuleb ainult oma loovus t\u00f6\u00f6le panna.<\/p>\n<p>Meeles v\u00f5iks pidada ka seda, et sotsiaalmeedias plahvatusena levivaid infokilde tasub hinnata kriitilise pilguga. Kuna tihtipeale inimesed ei kontrolli fakte, vaid<br \/> toetuvad loetud informatsioonile, siis tavaliselt just see toidabki enimlevinud m\u00fc\u00fcte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seapraad kuulub eestlaste j\u00f5ululauale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lisaks sellele, et sealiha v\u00f5ib leida inimeste igan\u00e4dalasest toidukavast aastaringselt, siis kuulub sealiha pea iga Eestis t\u00e4histatava p\u00fcha men\u00fc\u00fc juurde \u2013 n\u00e4iteks on jaanip\u00e4eval esindatud \u0161a\u0161l\u00f5kk v\u00f5i vorstikesed, j\u00f5uludel ja iseseisvusp\u00e4eval seapraad. Samas on juurde tulnud ka uusi trende, p\u00f5nevamaid valikuid ja eestlaste toidulaual v\u00f5ib n\u00e4ha inspiratsiooni teistest toidukultuuridest, n\u00e4iteks rebitud sealiha valmistamist.<\/p>\n<p>Mina ja veel paljud teised eesti inimesed ei kujuta oma j\u00f5ululauda ilma sealihata ette. Seapraad ja vorstikesed on t\u00e4htsad osad eestlaste j\u00f5ulutraditsioonidest. M\u00f5ned hautavad, teised panevad ahju ja praevad. Igal perel on oma salaretsept, kuidas j\u00f5ulupraadi valmistada, mis muudavad j\u00f5ulud erilisemaks.<\/p>\n<p>Hea on ka j\u00f5ulude ajal meeles pidada taldrikureeglit ja n\u00f5uannet, et taldrikul peaks olema v\u00e4hemalt viit v\u00e4rvi toitu. Pool taldrikust peaks moodustama erinevad salatid v\u00f5i k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, veerand liha, kana v\u00f5i kala ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud veerand lisandit, olgu selleks tatar, kartul, riis v\u00f5i makaronid. Taldrikureegli j\u00e4rgimine aitab meeles hoida tervisliku ja m\u00f5\u00f5duka toitumise p\u00f5hit\u00f5desid ning v\u00f5ib v\u00e4ltida j\u00f5ulude ajal \u00fcles\u00f6\u00f6mist!<\/p>\n<p>Sealiha s\u00f6\u00f6mine muudab taldrikureegli t\u00e4itmise igati lihtsaks, sest sealiha juurde sobib pea iga k\u00f5rvalkomponent \u2013 salat, juurikad, kartul, tatar v\u00f5i riis, mida saab kombineerida vastavalt isule ja soovile.<\/p>\n<p>Toetudes eestlaste traditsioonidele, kultuurile ja ajaloole, on t\u00e4iesti arusaadav, mikstarbivad eestlased enim just sealiha. Eesti k\u00f6\u00f6gi alustala on aastate jooksul palju muutunud, kuid ahjusoe kodune seapraad iseloomustab endiselt meie toidulauda.
